Terna engineering College at Osmanabad, now called as Dharashiv, was established in the year 1983. It was established by Terna public charitable trust. This college is affiliated to doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar technological University located at Lonere in Raigad district of Maharashtra. This is a statutory State technical University to which all the engineering colleges in Maharashtra are affiliated.
As all engineering colleges in the state of Maharashtra have to follow the syllabus laid down by the University. Hence this college also follows this principle and offers courses for which syllabus was designed by the
