There is one main exam, JAM, that takes admissions for M.Sc. In IIT NITs, IISERS, IISc, focus on the course and follow the final year B.Sc. Chemistry syllabus very closely. The other entrance that you can prepare for is DU- the mian focus of which is the final year syllabus and the basic concepts. There are also examinations for jamia, PU and HCU that have similar course structure.

Educational Requirements: For postgraduate (master) courses in psychology, you should hold a graduate degree in psychology from any recognised university. If you do not have Psychology as a subject in B.Sc. You will face difficulty in securing admission at PG level. There might be a few colleges which accept only a graduation degree, but that would be an exception to the rule. Regards.

In short time, you can't be prepared for international colleges. It requires a lots of time with constant and continuous hard work, if you drop the B.Tech then for international colleges you must drop 1 year so that you can be prepared. In my opinion just do it on your own if you are not like your college environment. Just concentrate on your study do self study. But then also not works then just change the college and take the admission in lateral entry only of you complete your 1 year of B.Tech.
