Know the updated syllabus, marking, paper pattern etc. Start with the books of class 11th and 12th NCERT, this will help you with basic concepts and understanding. A reference book called "Intro. To psychology" by Robert Baron is a must. It covers basics as well covers all aspects of psychology. Some of the topics which are covered in Psychology entrance exam are:

Andhra University conducts exam for admission in different UG and PG courses AUCET (for courses related to subject areas such as Science, Commerce, Humanities, Mass Communication, Teaching, etc.)
Besides, the university also accepts scores of other national/ state level entrance exams for UG and PG admissions. It may be noted that admission process for some of these courses requires candidates to appear for a counselling session also. Candidates can fill and submit Andhra University application form in the online mode on the official website of the varsity for UG and PG course admissions. Hope you are doing good. Firstly, select a topic, quickly go through the concepts and practice questions on it. Repeat the process for all the topics. Do not miss any topic from the syllabus. Start from the topics you are good at. By doing, you can easily score very good marks in all the practice giving exams.

Both are different fields and both are very good in terms of knowledge, placement. It's on you and your interest if you want knowledge regarding management field you can opt for MBA and if your goals are different, you can opt for M.Com+SSC. Just follow your goals and plan as per your interest and select your field.
