You must look for field of robotics with Artificial Intelligence, its a growing field. You can go for GRE and look to pursue robotics from any foreign university. In India scope is very less, in India IITs, IISC, ISRO, IIST will have some courses related to robotics. But its better to pursue this field in foreign university.

B.Sc. Biotechnology or Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology is an undergraduate Biotechnology course. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine and other fields requiring by-products. B.Sc. in Bio-technology is generally three academic year course and the syllabus for the course is also divided into three years. It may be provided on part time basis by certain institutes. B.Sc.
