There are numerous options after B. Com
Two most popular options are - MBA (or some other post-graduate degree like M. Com) and Job.
If your family's financial condition is stable, you can go for MBA. To get into a good MBA college you will need to work very hard.
Second option is starting a job. Post your resume on online portals like Naukri, Monster etc and start looking for a job.

It is good that you are pretty serious about cracking these exams
First of all note that your board percentage has no role to play in deciding your JEE rank from this year on wards . So if you can make it a 75% + in your boards that is more than sufficient .
Coming to your preparation
since you are from a state board make sure that you purchase NCERT books .
Read these books simultaneously along with your board books. It is most important to highlight important points from NCERT
Maintain a formula book for each subject note down all the formulae you come across and derivations if necessary keep revising the highlighted points and formula

Yes, you surely can but you need to refer the JEE preparation textbooks. JEE portion is a little advanced from our CBSE portion. So doubts will surely arise but you can take help of Internet tutorials or guides. Even the students who take special coachings for IIT JEE preparation, self study for better understanding.
