You need to start by checking the course eligibility and make sure you meet the same. Most of the colleges ask you to have at least 55% marks in your graduation to be eligible for admission, combined with excellent marks and rank in the entrance exam.
Another important step is to fill out the college application forms before the closing of the registration window by filling out all the details correctly and submitting the application fee. The basic MTech in Thermal Engineering eligibility criteria requires you to have completed a BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field with at least 55 to 60% marks in graduation. The general duration of an M.Tech degree in Thermal Engineering is 2 years in India. Almost all of the regular M.Tech courses are 2 years long, except for part-time MTech, which may take 3 years, or the integrated BTech-MTech or MTech-PhD courses that take 5 years to complete.
