Hello, TOEFL or IELTS are English language requirement test and very much required. However universities can waiver it off if you have a really strong profile and no requirement of an additional English test for you.You need to confirm with the universities for the same. I hope you are aware that SAT is mainly required to study in US, few universities in Singapore too requires.

In order pursue undergraduate degree from universities in USA, you need to take TOEFL or IELTS only.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for SAT and TOEFL or IELTS.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

If you are planning to take admission in a German University where medium of teaching is English then you do not require proficiency in German language GRE and TOFEL score will be a sufficient condition to meet eligibility criteria. However, you will have to gain working German language skills to live in Germany which is taught to all international students during induction program.

Hello, typically you are required to gain 2 to 3 years of work experience on completion of your Bachelor's degree and also take the GMAT or GRE. You may take either one of TOEFL or IELTS. For the average score requirements you should visit the university websites. MBA programs in US are regarded to be among the best and most selective in the world. Preparation tips can be really long and how well you can follow the documented tips will vary from person to person so I will suggest you start with the basics and a mock test of SAT and TOEFL to understand your areas of weakness and strengths. Research firstly on TOEFL and SAT score requirements of various universities. Before you study any course related book, read Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis. This is one single book, which if read dedicatedly will do wonders with your vocabulary and critical reading skills. Once you complete this, you can go for traditional Barron's and Princeton Review, etc.

First of all you need to learn their language. Most of the courses in Germany are taught in German language. The fee structure is comparatively very low but the living costs are quite high. If you find a part-time job in Germany then it will be more helpful.
