Hi Anushka,
If you want to study abroad then you need to specify or mention which country you want to study in. In USA SAT or ACT is compulsory while it may not be required for many other countries.

Hi Garima,
There is no MBBS in USA, one must apply for a Bachelor's degree first with biology major. After you complete your Bachelor's degree you must take the MCAT. You can study medicine only after you clear the MCAT with good numbers. For Bachelor's degree in USA you must take the SAT and TOEFL.

I guess, no. During my TOEFL exam, it was automatically selected as that one is recognised.

Most of the scores are valid up to 2 years from the date you took the exam. Every country has different criteria and different requirements of the score for admission.

Hi,
Why do you think you need to improve your English? Is it just because you live in a village? If yes, then you have to boost your confidence rather than your English skills. But if no, then you have to think which part is lacking, is it your grammar or spoken English or both? If it is spoken English then you should watch more online videos on spoken English from YouTube, spend some time in a local internet cafe if you don't have a connection at home but if you feel you are lacking in your grammar as well then I would suggest you go for a professional TOEFL or IELTS training program in any nearby town. Take practice tests and revise

You have to check the www.ets.org. This is the official website for GRE and TOEFL. You will find the test dates and registration dates as well. You can register for the test even before 48 hours of taking the test. Check the website and you will know.
