Yes, at the time of counseling, you need to be there in person for document verification.

The option would be given in the web option. I would suggest you have a look while and fill you option which are given for the counseling.

The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed admission 2017 are listed below:
Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts B.A. or Bachelor of Science B.Sc. or Bachelor in Commerce B.Com from a recognised university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in graduation. A minimum aggregate score of 55% marks at post-graduate level.

Please specify the name of the college/university where you plan to apply. Accordingly, I can let you know if any such document is required.

Counselling is a process of getting your choice according to college and branch.
10th Marksheet and Pass certificate
12th Marksheet and Pass certificate
Allotment letter
Domicile certificate (if claiming)
Reserved category certificate (if claiming)
Medical certificate required format given (if a particular college asks for)
Required Fees in Demand Draft
Aadhar Card copy
Any other government proof like PAN, voter ID, etc. Application form print out of that particular state
Choice filling final print out. Passport size photos.
Without these documents, you will not be able to attend the counselling of UG or PG.
