It is just an indian college having an international campus. No idea of Placement. Faculty members are good but don't expect much exposure outside the academics. Teachers are from south india only. You will get so many opportunities to learn various things there. Infrastructure is awesome but don't compare dubai campus with IIT academic wise.

You can apply for B.Com if you are from commerce background student and if not, then I suppose that you should choose course according to your stream and subject. The fee structure of B.Com through distance education is total 14,010 rupees only.

81 is a good percentile to get into any good university including in Dubai. Your category does not really matter as it does not imply there. Admissions are on merit not on quotas and reserved categories. Decide where to study and check the university websites for further processing.

Architecture internship starting salary of an architect in UAE (Dubai) would be around 65-75 thousand Dirham per month.

You can pursue any course depending on your subject interest, job plans, education background etc. Since, you have not mentioned any of these it is hard to imagine what you can study. So, follow your interest.
