As per the syllabus of UGC NET we suggest candidate to rely on quality study materials rather than joining a coaching. By Masters level a candidate is capable enough to understands things on his own. So, candidates we are here suggesting the strategy you must go for -
Jot down the syllabus and prioritize it into categories. (Easy, difficult, important, less important)

The National Testing Agency upload the UGC NET Question Paper on its the official site. The question papers were only available for a very short time so, candidates who were not able to download the papers on that particular interval can download the question papers from the other websites. If you are preparing for the upcoming NET Exam then, the previous question paper will help you to know about the topics which are mostly asked in the exam.

Hello,
For the preparation of UGC NET Exam in Political Science or in any other subject, one must buy the quality study material only. There are various sources are available for preparation on offline and online platforms. But you should only choose the best one. The book or any other material that you are going to prefer must contain all important topics with easy to understand language. You should also check the reviews of that book. It will help you to give a fair idea that which one is best.

Hello,
When you are left with a very short time span you can just play with the strategy well. Paper 1 holds 100 marks so do not ignore paper1, practice it well. Stay focused. Prioritize the topics of the UGC NET Syllabus as per weight age
10-12 ques based on aptitude.
5 question based on comprehension (practice one ques daily)
5-6 ques on data interpretation (only practice solved examples)
5 ques on series and coding decoding
2-3 ques on syllogism
General ques based on computer may be covered in previous papers

UGC NET exam is held for various 84 subjects in commerce, arts music, language and many more. UGC NET exam is held twice a year in June and December.
