Hi Vikrant,
Scholarships are based on merit and will depend on your overall profile. The sooner you apply however is better. Universities in UK offer a rolling admission, perhaps you should first check the university deadlines. You are also advised to go through this page to learn about scholarships in UK:

Hello Tanya, Yes you can. IGNOU certifications or degrees are accepted worldwide. But please remember universities abroad look for something different some spark in a student and not merely academic performance. Prepare with this perspective. Best wishes.

Yes, you can get admission. You must have 1-2 research papers published or a good project work, and a 12-15 month job experience would add a great value to your resume. But remember, your GRE scores should be good enough to get admission without any fuss.

Irrespective of which college you are going for, or which degree it is that you are going for, UK right now is not a good option for those Indians who want to study and work there. In simple words, you study there for your course duration on a student visa, and then the moment it expires, you have to come back to your country or go elsewhere. This is not an ideal scenario for students who are going for premium costly degrees

Yes, UK is the only country that offers 1-year Master's degree. Many universities like Oxford and UCL offer 1-year MS in computer science.

Hi Nidhin,
Keeping in mind your grades and backlogs, try for countries like Australia, UK, Ireland, Poland, Italy, Spain, etc. Getting into a top ranked university may be difficult but if your SOP, LOR and overall profile is good with outstanding projects and internships you may have a chance.

For Symbiosis University, the admission is mainly based on the ranking that you take in the test conducted by the Symbiosis University itself please do check the website they have a separate test also conducted by them. Once you clear the exam you will have different rounds group discussions and interview procedures that will be hosted by the University.
