Scholarships are based on merit and will depend on your overall profile. The sooner you apply however is better. Universities in UK offer a rolling admission, perhaps you should first check the university deadlines. You are also advised to go through this page to learn about scholarships in UK:

MBBS itself is a course. To study MBBS in the UK, you must clear UKCAT exams. You must also take IELTS. The best universities in the UK for MBBS are Queen Mary, University of London, University College London, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, etc.

An upper first class Bachelor's degree, more than 75% is recommended, IELTS and GMAT or GRE to make you eligible for admission at LSE for your programme. SOP and LORs will also be required. You must be academically strong as to be precise. For more details, please check the website.

Keeping in mind your grades and backlogs, try for countries like Australia, UK, Ireland, Poland, Italy, Spain, etc. Getting into a top ranked university may be difficult but if your SOP, LOR and overall profile is good with outstanding projects and internships you may have a chance.
