Homeopathy is a 'treatment' based on the use of highly diluted substances, which practitioners claim can cause the body to heal itself. for UK it's a fool making tactics I.e. placebos, and that the principles on which homeopathy is based are "scientifically implausible".

There are many colleges in UK which could suit your budget such as Teesside University, Swansea, etc. You did not mention your limitation however check here

Yes, a good choice but if you plan to work and stay back then it's not a good option since rules are very tight for international students.
