If it's a one-year degree, chances are that it won't be recognised in India, there is many ongoing news about it so keep yourself updated with current affairs. Salary and job will depend on your field of study, work experience, where you are employed, job role, etc. Before applying, write to the universities about career assistance and then proceed.

The best MBA programs require work experience before enrolling students. A very good GMAT score is also required. I am not sure if you are fit for an MBA program right now with this profile. Alternate option is to check for MS Management. Regarding for finance look for educational loan options in India, also check the British Council website for funding opportunities. You may also get a scholarship if you are academically brilliant.

You will get an opportunity for 6 months to work in the UK. However, if you want to continue, you need to work hard so that your boss will keep you as a full-time employee.
Tha salary package which you can expect is something like 35k-45k if it is in India.
