Hi Fabio Periera,
Apparently, you have to decide this yourself by figuring out your own career interests and your definition of a bright future. No course comes with a guarantee of a bright future. Both the programmes you have mentioned are different ones, you have to know your priorities here. Check the career outcomes, programme structure and match with your own interest. Decide accordingly.

That is not possible as Germany doesn't recognise our Diplomas. However, you can still apply using your +2 credentials. If you didn't do it, you can't apply. With your Indian Diploma, you can still do some technicians course.

Hi Sanket, I will vouch for Singapore. UK's one year degrees are not recognized in India so if you want to come back to India you will have a hard time finding jobs. Again in UK after you study you will get only 6 months to look for a job. So it's a big risk. Go to UK if it's a top ranking university otherwise, Singapore is a better deal.

Hi Vaibhav,
Different colleges have different requirements but most importantly any good or top ranked college will prefer highly academic students, so you need a good percentile. Secondly, you must take IELTS or TOEFL. To study in US, you must additionally take the SAT or ACT. Good bands in these tests and strong extracurricular activities are also required. Admission process is online and very simple. You can begin by checking university websites, get familiarized with the different requirements, fees, etc. and prepare accordingly.
