There are many colleges in UK which could suit your budget such as Teesside University, Swansea, etc. You did not mention your limitation however check here

Full-time MBA program has two options - International Business and Global Banking. Entry requirements vary slightly. If you are currently in B.Com you are not eligible for the MBA program directly after graduation. You must earn 3 to 5 years work experience. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. The certificate is awarded from the main university that Nottingham University UK itself. You should however confirm the same from the university directly.
