The standard processing time for a UK student visa application from outside the UK is 3 weeks.

However, it's important to keep in mind that this is just an average, and processing times can vary depending on several factors, including:

  • The time of year: Peak seasons may lead to longer processing times.
  • The completeness of your application: Any missing documents or information can cause delays.
  • Individual circumstances: Your personal situation might require additional checks.

A Graduate Visa itself doesn't directly lead to settlement in the UK. It allows you to stay and work in the UK for a limited time (usually 2 years, or 3 for PhD graduates) after you complete your degree. To settle, you'll need to switch to another visa category (like a Skilled Worker visa) before your Graduate Visa expires, and then meet the requirements for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after a qualifying period on that new visa. So, the Graduate Visa is a stepping stone, not a guaranteed path to settlement

The basic formula for calculating a percentage is:

Percentage = (Part / Whole) x 100

Where:

  • Part: The specific amount you're interested in.
  • Whole: The total amount or the original value.

Here's how it works:

  1. Divide the "part" by the "whole." This gives you a decimal.
  2. Multiply the decimal by 100. This converts it into a percentage.

Example: If you have 20 apples out of a total of 50 apples, the percentage of apples you have is:  (20 / 50) x 100 = 40%

The most common way to convert marks into CGPA (on a 10-point scale) is to divide your percentage by 9.5.

For example: If you scored 85%, your CGPA would be 85 / 9.5 = 8.95

It's tough to give a single "best" 1-year course for a guaranteed high salary, as it depends on your skills, interests, and the job market. However, some consistently in-demand fields noadays with potential for high earnings include:

  • Data Science/AI: These fields are booming, with roles like Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, and AI Specialist offering excellent salaries. Look for specialised programs in these areas.
  • Cybersecurity: With increasing cyber threats, cybersecurity professionals are highly sought after. Certifications or diplomas in cybersecurity can lead to well-paying jobs.
  • Project Management
