International students should note that unfortunately, London is consistently ranked as one of the world's most expensive cities to live in due to extremely high real estate prices, rental values, and utility prices in the city. Therefore, yes London is little expensive to study abroad fro international students. The tuition fees of London Universities vary between INR 2 L - INR 2 Cr as per the program. For studying LLM at the University of Nottingham, international students are required to have £22,600 (Around INR 24 lakh). Apart from the tuition fees, students have to pay the amount for living expenses. The University of Nottingham offers a range of international merit scholarships for high-achieving international scholars who can put their Nottingham degrees to great use in their careers. One of these scholarships is South Asia Postgraduate Excellence Award which has a value of £4,000 – £8,000 towards the tuition fees.

The documents required for an international student for a UK study permit are the following:

  • A completed student visa application form
  • If below 18, you are required to get proof of consent from your parent or guardian
  • A letter of acceptance for the course
  • Proof of funds
  • Visa fees payment confirmation
  • ATAS certificate if your nationality and course require it
  • Payslips
  • Original mark sheets / provisional certificate
  • Scoresheet of exams like TOEFL, GMAT, IELTS etc.

According to the experts and student reviews on an unofficial source, UCD is an excellent all-round university, with particular excellence in certain areas like the Bio-Sciences, in some of the Arts and Humanities. Also, UCD has Ireland's premier graduate business school.

According to some experts, some of the Tier 1 UK Universities are University of Glasgow, University of Manchester, Durham University, Cardiff University, Warwick University, University of Birmingham, University of Nottingham, University of Edinburgh. In case if students want to study in Tier 2 ranked universities, the fee structure will be around INR 20 – 25 lakh and some of the universities under this range are:
