Yes, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University is a good college for B.Tech because it provide a good study environment ot the students along with experienced faculties. It is also ICAR accredited college and provides a good practical knowledge and also many students who are studying there are happy there and recommending to study there. So, you can look for it if you don't get some top good colleges and if you may have clear the entrance exams.So, I hope you decide well for your future after a good research.

KLE Technological University (KLETU) in Hubli, Karnataka is considered one of the best engineering colleges in the state.
