Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC) is an educational institution that is recognised to be a part of the University of Delhi. However, as far as rankings are concerned, it does not reach the standards of SRCC or St. Stephen’s which are considered Tier 1 colleges’, yet it is also not among the worst, which are known as Tier 3 colleges.
