Indian students need to demonstrate enough finances to fund their studies in Germany. For this, students need to open a blocked account in Germany. This blocked account needs to have a minimum INR 12 Lakhs to fund a year of living in the country. Students need to set up this account before applying for a German student visa.
Students would also need an valid health insurance before arriving in the country. This is mandatory for all. A public health insurance is generally a better option than a private one.

However, this is only required for admission to Art and Design course. The entrance test requires students to write a short essay on the programme they're applying for. Students don't have to prepare for the test.

They only charge a nominal per semester fees as administrative costs. However, the University of Europe for Applied Sciences UE is a private university, and not a public one. This means, Indian students would have to pay a tuition fees for the course they're interested in.
