At UE, for international students, there are two main intakes but for the best chances, international students should apply for the Sep 1, 2026 deadline for the Winter semester.

The University suggests applying as early as possible because the German student visa processing may take time. For the Spring start, international students should try to apply by Feb 28, 2026 as this is the earliest UE admission deadline for 2026.

Students can apply for a scholarship via an academic advisor. Students would need to download an application form from the official UE Germany website. After filling out the form and attaching the documents, the application is sent to the advisor. They can submit the same to the Student Advice portal in case there's no advisor assigned or available.
