UGPET is conducted in an offline mode. Candidates can take the exam at the designated test centres as notified by the Lucknow University. The official admission bulletin hosts the UGPET exam pattern, including the exam mode, number of questions, sections, exam duration, and more. Lucknow University can change the exam mode with the change of the exam sessions.

UGPET is conducted for admission to BBA and BCA courses offered by Lucknow University. Candidates can apply for both the courses or one of them. UGPET exam shift for both BBA and BCA will be different. Candidates applying for both the courses have to appear for both exams separately. The counselling dates for both BBA and BCA might vary.

Candidates are required to fill the LUACMAT application form and pay the fee online. No offline facility to submit form or pay fee is available for LUACMAT registration.

Candidates applying for LUACMAT must note that once the application form is submitted online, it is considered final. Candidates are not required to submit a hard copy of the LUACMAT application form by post to the college. This means that all the necessary information and documentation should be carefully reviewed and included in the online application form before submission. It is also recommended that candidates keep a copy of the submitted form for their records.

Candidates need to pay INR 1,000 as the LUACMAT application fee. The application form with registration fee is to be submitted in an online mode.

Once the application fees are paid for the LUACMAT application form, candidates cannot make any changes or edits to the form. Therefore, it is important that they carefully review all the information they have provided before making the payment. In case they have filled any incorrect details, they will have to fill a fresh application form with the correct information. It is important to note that the application fee is not refundable, so candidates should make sure to provide accurate information to avoid any inconvenience later on.

The LUACMAT exam will have 2 papers and each paper will have 100 questions. Candidates have to complete each paper in 60 minutes, and total time to complete exam is 120 minutes. There will be no negative marking in the exam.

The eligibility criteria for the LUACMAT exam varies depending on the course. Most of the courses require a minimum of 50 per cent. Reserved category candidates get a relaxation of 5 per cent.
