Lucknow University MBA admission process includes LUMET (CAT/CMAT) and Personal Interview (PI) round. The entrance exam score carries 70 points, PI carries 30 points. The final selection will be done on the basis of the candidate's performance in these two rounds. The seat will be allotted through a common counselling.

If we compare both the Universities in terms of placements, University of Lucknow has a far better placements than Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University. In the recent placement drive at University of Lucknow, the highest and average package offered during Lucknow University placements 2023 was INR 24.8 LPA and INR 8.6 LPA respectively and almost 90 % of the total batch got placed. While at Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University, the highest and average packages was INR 9 LPA and INR 6 LPA respectively and 80% of the students got placed.
