If you have appeared for 12th class Science stream examination, you can appear for JEE mains. However, for JEE advanced and getting admission to NITs and IITs a minimum 75% is required or one needs to be in the top 20 percentile list issued by your board. Hope this helps.

The shortlisted candidates need to report to Lucknow University within the due date for each counselling round and submit the fees. After fee submission, candidates are required to verify the required documents to confirm their seats for final admission at Lucknow University. Yes, the University of Lucknow offers lateral entry to the BTech course. Lateral entry admission to this course is based on the merit of the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). Apart from the later entry admission, Lucknow University's regular BTech admission is based on candidates' performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) entrance test.
