You can give GATE exam or else directly apply with your B.Sc marks to a college of your own choice, but before that you need to check the criteria that they have set.

You can just inform the management that there were certain problems and explain them clearly. High chances are there that they will not say anything and accept if you pay after certain duration.

PSGM will be better according to me. Placement will be good. MBA in marketing is in demand hence you can choose it. You have to work a bit harder because of your low UG percentile because company won't accept such low scores.

The placement record is good, so you won't have to face much of a problem, if you choose Madras University. The percentage is a bit low, but I guess work hard now to improve your other skills.

Hello,
This is the minimum eligibility required to do LLB.
Three-year LLB entrance exams: There is no upper age-limit for admission. However a candidate must be at least 17 years of age on the date of application. A graduation degree with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) is the basic qualification required.
All the best.

If the university is recognised by the UGC, then there won't be any issue with the validity of the course. So, only universities can offer MBA programmes. PGDM: A Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university.
