Getting a part-time job while studying at the University of Malaya, is not difficult for international students or native students as well. International students with valid visas are allowed to work for 20 hours per week during their regular academic sessions. Typically, international students who are studying at the University of Malaya, enrol in part-time jobs which include working at mini markets, hotel staff, restaurants, and petrol pumps among others.
