Yes, Mumbai University offers BBA programme on merit basis and there are some entrance tests also so if you are interested you can apply online with the required information.

You have passed a HSC, so you are a eligible to apply in BA degree, If you want to continue your work, then you can learn the degree through Distance Learning Mode from Mumbai University.

 If the professional course is opted from a University in India then it would be difficult to pursue two courses at a time. The application for any college mentions that you can not pursue two courses at a time. In cases you submit your original certificates to the Professional course you're doing in they would return it only after completion and enrolling yourself to a distance course they would require all your originals for verification purpose.

Yes, You can do that. But I would suggest you to continue as it's a waste of time to drop out and prepare for the exam again and then give exams next year.
