Yes, you are eligible to be admitted for 3rd sem in B.Sc. According to Mumbai University policies, one can only carry 5 KTs for the next term. Since you have 5 KTs you are eligible to get into the 3rd sem.

So you must focus on clearing these KTs before moving to 4th sem and try not to get any other KT in 3rd sem.

According to Mumbai University ATKT rules, engineering students are allowed a maximum of 5 end-semester and 3 internal KTs. Including end-semester and internals, you can have a maximum of 8 KTs in the first year

moreover the fee charges are bit high for Amity University compared to DYPBBI.
