Yes, you are eligible to be admitted for 3rd sem in B.Sc. According to Mumbai University policies, one can only carry 5 KTs for the next term. Since you have 5 KTs you are eligible to get into the 3rd sem.
So you must focus on clearing these KTs before moving to 4th sem and try not to get any other KT in 3rd sem.

Based on several Attributes, I can say Amity University, Mumbai is best for doing BTech.
Amity University provides Industry ready circulum and gives an amazing opportunity for Innovation .
While both Amity University and DYPBBI are reputable institutions offers M.Tech and B.Tech. programs in Biotechnology.
Generally the attributes which are considered is faculty, research opportunities, infrastructure, and industry collabs.
moreover the fee charges are bit high for Amity University compared to DYPBBI.
