On-campus accommodation at UPenn is guaranteed for UG students for the first 2 years, but not for all UG students.

Other students have to wait as part of the waiting list, or look for off-campus accommodation near the university campus.

Prospective students are advised to apply for on-campus housing ASAP, to secure their seat.

Yes, you can change your major at the University of Pennsylvania, however, the ease of changing your major depends on the school within the university, you wish to switch to.

Changing a major at the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) is relatively straightforward, however, doing so at a different school say the Wharton School is far more competitive & requires better academic requirements from students.

While the parent institution of Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania, is in the group of Ivy League, Harvard University isn't in that group. These Business schools are known for their state-of-the-art curriculum, highly employable alumni, large alumni network across the globe, and strong commitment to learning.
