University of Pennsylvania offers a range of need-based grants for eligible international students in order to meet their financial needs. The Penn Grant is an institutional grant that is offered to students based on financial need and is available for all undergraduate students for up to eight semesters. Many of the scholarships available at Penn are not valid for Indian students but they can still apply for merit-based awards that have been offered by the University schools. Additionally, outside scholarships are also an option for financial aid.

There isn't a major difference in campus life whether you stay on campus or off campus. But here are some benefits of living in On campus and Off campus. Pros of students living in On campus is that they are surrounded by peers so they can build stronger connections and also have easy access to academic resources and campus events. Whereas students living Off campus have more independence, can explore more outside the campus, more privacy and also living off campus is affordable.
