University of Pennsylvania offers a range of need-based grants for eligible international students in order to meet their financial needs. The Penn Grant is an institutional grant that is offered to students based on financial need and is available for all undergraduate students for up to eight semesters. Many of the scholarships available at Penn are not valid for Indian students but they can still apply for merit-based awards that have been offered by the University schools. Additionally, outside scholarships are also an option for financial aid.
