UPenn expects a minimum GPA of 3.9 from international applicants and ACT and SAT scores of 34 or above and 1500 or above to provide successful admission. However range provided by official is lower than expected due to high competition. Students must perform well academically throughout their schooling and college to improve their selection chances.
