Yes, the University of South Carolina has waived off the application fee for the graduate courses for the entry in Summer 2024, Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 for all the applicants until the new university notice.
However, for the undergraduate courses the university set an application fee of USD 100 (INR 8.7 K) for international students.

The University of South Carolina requires the Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) for some of the major course. However, the GRE scores are not a compulsory requirement of the university and depends on the choice of students whether they are willing to submit the GRE scores or not.
The minimum GRE score requiremnt are 153 on the verbal and 4.0 on the analytical sections and to submit the official scores for the GRE, the university code is 5818.

Adittional, students applying for the MBA course at the University of South Carolina are alos required to hold a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience and a minimum GPA of 3.5 in their bachelor's degree.
