Yes, you can apply directly for the second counselling without applying for the first round of counselling. There is no specific rule that will stop you from that. So go ahead.

Well, if you have checked the box of both mobile and email to get OTP in the OTP setting, then only, you'll get OTP on the email. Otherwise, just try out some changes on the website regarding OTP. Surely, you'll get a way out. All the best!

There is a information brochure. Follow the instructions given in the brochure. Or, you can visit the website of the college you got. Contact the college authority about the reporting date.

Hello Rohan, In first round you will be allotted a seat only if your choice and rank match. In such case, you have to pay fees and then only you can be considered for better option of yours. If fees are not paid, you are out of the system.

See OPGL is the open category rank among girls. And GNGL is the general category rank among girls. There are yet many category ranks given in your score card, but they are just to have you know your position in different ways. The admission take place through the open rank though. Hope you get it.

Upsee admit card
Domicile (if applicable)
Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Armed forces certificate (if applicable)
Income certificate (if applicable)
Medical certificate.

OTP can only be generated on the registered number that is the number that you have mentioned while form filling and while counseling. It's advisable to have just one phone number registered for ease. Don't go for a different number every time. Keep one official number for all counselings.
