Hi Laxmi,
The eligibility for the UPSC civil services exam is:
A degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a Deemed University under the UGC Act, 1956, or an equivalent qualification.
The candidates who have appeared or intend to appear for the qualifying examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear for the Preliminary Examination however, they are supposed to submit proof of passing the requisite qualification along with Detailed Application Form for Civil Services (Main)

Hi Dhiru,
The UPSC exam is divided into 3 stages: Prelims, Mains and Interview. The prelims stage has two objective papers based on Aptitude & General knowledge. The mains stage comprises of 8 written examination based on different subjects, and finally the interview stage. In order to reach the interview stage, you would need to qualify all the prior examination stages.

You should take History, Geography, Economic, Civics, mean you should take B.A. or B.Com in graduation so that you can easily prepare for UPSC exam and score well.

No After completing your graduation degree you can appear for UPSC exam directly no other exam you have to appear before UPSC exam ya you may appear for mock test for UPSC exam.

Hi Anukriti,
These are two different courses. UPSC is a different set of ball game altogether. It requires utter patience and hardwork to clear UPSC exam. Becoming a RJ is not an easy job. You must have some basic qualities within you like the ability to talk on multiple topics simultaneously, talk with sense of humor, talk sensibly etc. But above all you must have a passion for radio jockeying.
