Hi Mohith,
To get into a particular service (in your case IRS), it depends on a lot of factors such as:
1. No. of cadre/services seats
2. If you are from Reserved category
3. No. of students qualifying
But generally, if you want to get into IRS, a rank between 150-250 can fetch you this service.

You are eligible to appear for all exams conducted by UPSC based on BVoc degree awarded by TISS subject to meeting other eligibilty criteria.

You are eligible to appear in SSC UPSC and IBPS if you have enrolled in AMIE before 2013. AMIE equivalance to B.Tech after 2013 is now under litigation.
