If you have approved graduation degree from AICTE recognized institute then you are eligible to appear for various UPSC examinations such as civil services examination.

You can prepare for NEET by taking 1 year drop. And remember graduation is must for any further exam since it is the basic criteria. You can go for BDS, BHMS, etc.

Sorry, you are not eligible because you are not graduate. UPSC Civil Services exam is one of the most prestigious exam conducted every year.
Recruitments are made to 24 services/posts through UPSC Civil Services exams.
Eligibility :
Educational Qualification :
A Graduate degree in any discipline / equivalent from a UGC/AICTE recognised University.
Final year appearing candidates can apply provisionally.
A Distance learning graduation degree from a recognised University/Institution is acceptable.
