Minimum qualification for UPSC exam: The candidate must hold a degree from Government recognised Universities or possess an equivalent qualification. Yes you can. MBA in marketing can be done by anyone. One should invest carefully in MBA as it worth time and money. One can do UPSC preparation and MBA together but it would be tough. Best wishes.

Yes you are eligible because to appear in UPSC you need to be graduate no particular degree is required you only have to do your graduation and can appear in UPSC examination.
