Yes, you can apply for UPSC civil services exam after completing the computer Science engineering degree. Anyone who is an Indian who possesses a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university is eligible for the IAS exam. The students who are in the final year of their degree course are also eligible. You can go through the UPSC exam syllabus for civil services on its official website. But computer science is not an optional subject. UPSC has put core engineering subjects as optional. Perhaps they do not see CS as a core branch yet. Only Civil, Mech, and Electrical can be opted for. If you found it useful then upvote

Yes ofcourse! You can apply for UPSC after completing your graduation in any stream like Science, commerce, humanities etc. But you also must have complete your 21 years age for applying in UPSC.

The IAS test consists of 48 subjects in total. Every year, UPSC gives all candidates the opportunity to choose their subject from a list of optional subjects published in the IAS notice. There are 25 subjects to pick from, as well as 23 literature languages subjects. For more information please refer to Alchemy IAS website.

Minimum qualification for UPSC exam is you must hold a degree from Government recognised Universities or possess an equivalent qualification. If you are in their final year or awaiting results are also eligible to appear for UPSC preliminary Examination.
