No the university dosn't take admission on rolling basis, however it is suggested to call the admission office of Eastern Illinois for admission related queries. However, the university has distinct application deadlines for its Fall and Spring semesters. For the spring semester, with courses starting in Jan, the deadline Fall in Oct 1, 2025.
