Most of the Universities in the USA accept international student applicants without GRE scores. Apart from MS courses, US universities allow students to study PhD courses without GRE. There are many popular universities as MIT-Massachusetts Institute of Technology accept applications in its popular Electrical Engineering and Computer Science courses without GRE scores.

Though applying to CBU is more or less the same there are a few differences -
According to the CBU website, the application process for CBU is free, easy, and there is no application fee.
Test scores are optional for CBU applications, and the entire application takes only a few minutes to complete.
For admissions at the Christian brothers University, the SAT Essay/ACT Writing section is optional.
