Its difficult to provide names out of the blue. Every university has its own selection criteria and profiles are checked or admissions are provided on a case by case basis. Advise you take help of a professional study abroad consultant who can guide you with the university shortlist and application process.

I am sure you will, those grades are good. However, admissions will also depend on your SOP and LOR. You may take the SAT just confirm with the university if they accept SAT and check if they have spring intake or not. The sooner you apply the better.

Yes, work experience is sufficient for M.Sc. Many universities does not require work experience for M.Sc. programs. Your GMAT score is not a very high one, you can try to retake the GMAT if you feel you can improve, otherwise, apply with these scores. You can check the entry criteria first on websites of universities.
