Hello, you must meet eligibility requirements to study in either countries. To study in US you must take SAT. To study in Germany there is no requirement for SAT, you must excel in your academics and must complete 13 years education, that is after your 10+2 you must complete an additional year. Please visit UNI - ASSIST and DAAD India website for details.

Dear Imran, look for options in Australia as it is supposed to be a top destination for civil and construction engineering. However as per your query, for MS in UK you need not take GRE, only IELTS is required. USA requires GRE and TOEFL. For details visit a few university websites. You may refer to QS Ranking to check the top universities.

Dear Manash, Associate degree is not the same as BBA. What you are planning to do is bachelor degree actually. Associate degree is equivalent to HS and you must take SAT and TOEFL to pursue any bachelor degree in US. An upper first class is recommended.
Best wishes

For any medical and para medical masters program Abroad you have to register in the respective medical council and then only you can do your masters if it is clinical programs. We suggest you to take up masters in non clinical program related to your area on interest and the you register in the council.
