Few years gap is acceptable and depends on how you utilized your gap. If you had been working, it will not be considered as gap at all! Which country would be suitable for you is again something which will depend on what you want to study, what your career plans are, your budget, your overall profile and so on. You must narrow down your choices basis the above factors. If you can share more details perhaps I can guide you better.
Hope this helps.

There is no minimum criteria set by these universities. However if you check the websites and previous admission trends you will observe that GRE scores of 310 and above is considered to be good. Your score in any one of the three sections of the exam must be above the 50th percentile to be on the safer side. Hope this helped.

Talking about USA, it is easier than UK right now. Canada is also a very good option and is very easy to get settled into although the college in USA are better.
All the best!

You haven't mentioned whether your degree was a three or four years degree, many universities in US do not accept a three year BS. The top 20 will be difficult basis your profile. You can check universities listed below 20. Your overall grades are good enough except a higher GRE would have been better, say above 310. You may have to retake IELTS as 6.5 is the standard score accepted. Also, admission factors will depend on the kind of work experience you have and your career growth. You may check US News and World Ranking and QS Ranking for university positions. Please check university websites for requirements and eligibility.
