Hello Dileep,
From this year, HBTI is taking admission via JEE Mains, so we are also not aware of the exact cutoff, however, since it is a govt. college the cutoff must be high so you need to score well in JEE Mains to get admission there.

You can go to any Delhi University college if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Hi Shubham,
Cut-offs in DU are as high as 98%, you have to wait for cut-off lists. Scholarship decisions are taken by the colleges. You may consider applying abroad, 80% is a good percentile for study abroad.

Saleem, LPU doesn't have any distance learning centre in Aligarh or anywhere else outside Punjab.
