You may get ETC in VSSUT since the usual cutoff for ETC is about 120,000 every year. But I can't say this for sure if you're a general male. You may have a chance. As far as counseling is concerned, keep an eye on the OJEE website and fill choices as per your preferences once the counseling process starts.
