The cutoff information for M.Sc in Chemistry at VIT Chennai may vary from year to year depending on various factors such as the number of applicants, the number of available seats, and the difficulty level of the entrance exam.
You can check the VIT Chennai website or contact the admissions office for the latest cutoff information for M.Sc. in Chemistry. They will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date information on the cutoff and other admission requirements for the program.

Unlike others, I have considered that you didn't write JEE or BITSAT or that you didn't do well. I started my prep about ten days before the exam. I had never performed well in JEE mock tests, so I had never prepared from JEE perspective. I realised at that moment VIT was the best college I could get into and decided to put effort. Full Effort. I bought that Arihant mock test book. I recommend you to solve more of the precise year papers, as the mock tests are really basic. Keep A notebook of formulas handy, and repeatedly revise from that. Knowing that I did good on boards, I covered the 12th portion thoroughly and revised 11th lightl

Yes, you can get CSE in VIT. VIT Vellore takes admissions via the VITEEE To get CSE, you need a rank below 4k to get into the Scholarship Category - 1. This is a bit tricky because the exam is conducted using relative scoring ( your score depends on how you fared amongst those who gave the same set).

You would be eligible to all available branches VIT offers. The only difference is that the choice of branch in day 1 counselling close with what rank. Rest assured you have good chance to get the desired branch if nothing happens in day one. You can try for Chennai Camus though. You can ping me if you want more information. Please follow and upvote. Best of luck.

Yes, you have chances to get admission for CSE with specializations or ECE in VIT Chennai because I am from VIT I got 16k rank in VITEEE 18. It was very difficult for me to believe that I landed on this rank. I was expecting around 5k. But that's okay. Around your rank you will easily get mechanical in Chennai. But if you are rich enough you can get any branch in any campus.

Hi,
Both the institute are good equally, but Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is better than VIT. Thapar has various international rankings, excellent placement records, a qualified team of professionals as faculty members who provide the best possible guidance. Although VIT has a better ranking but grooming wise TIET does the work better. Thapar University is better than VIT in placements as well as in academics. Thapar focus is always on quality whereas VIT's main focus is on quantity. Placement statistics of both colleges is almost same but as the number of students in VIT is too many therefore Thapar would always be at

This is a very important distinction. In the past, computer engineering was often considered to be a subfield of mathematics. What it entails is:
Integers and other discrete mathematical structures (graph theory, combinatorics, logic)
Theories of Programming Languages (type theory, compilers, languages)
Theorems of Information (crypto, errors, compression)
Computational theory (complexity, crypto, automatons)
Data structures and algorithm analysis (can also include complexity via algo analysis)
AI (machine learning, robotics, pattern recognition, data mining) (machine learning, robotics, pattern recognition, data mining)
