Before Commencement of Program: Application for withdrawal from the program
is to be sent to the Admission Office.
After Commencement of Program: Application for withdrawal from the program
is to be submitted to the Registrar through the respective department. The application will
be processed within 15 days. There shall not be any fee at the time of submitting

Candidates wan to cancel their admission are eligible for refund of academic fee. The refund will be made as per the norms of UGC. The university doen't refund the admission and registration fee. Request for cancellation of admission and refund of fees may be considered in accordance with the following norms:

  • If a candidates applies for cancellation prior to the commencement of classes, then, the
    tuition fee will be refunded. Registration and admission fees are not refundable.

What matters is the efforts they put in the preparation for the exam and if they can crack it.
