No, you will not be eligible for the MBA course at VELS Institute if you haven't appeared for any entrance exam. You have to first achieve at least 50% in graduation and then appear in any one of the accepted exams, namely, MAT, CAT, TANCET, and XAT.

The application fee is a charge that students need to pay with the application completion for MSc course at School of Hotel and Catering Management, VELS University. The amount is charged only single-time, and can not be refunded. The fees is Rs. 1,000.

Yes, School of Hotel and Catering Management, VELS University provides alumni scholarships to MSc students, and also called it students associate scholarships. These scholarships are basically for wards of alumni and it gives upto 20% of fee concession.
