You have a good rank in the exam. You have the chances to get a seat in veterinary, as the previous year cutoffs goes around 20k-23k for some colleges like P.V Narshima Rao Veterinary University, Telangana. Try to fill up the colleges with cutoffs as per your rank, so that you can easily grab a seat. All the best.

Based on the cutoff trend over the past few years, your odds are less stable. You may have some chance of getting BVSC through TS EAMCET but it all depends on merit. For your category the chances are lower but still not gone. Deadlines vary from year to year. This year may also change. So I would suggest you, if you have a good NEET score then go for it. Otherwise if your goal is TS EAMCET scores then you need to complete your consultation because then u will get the clearance.

To get seat in SVVU ( Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University) you should get a good rank. So, 3070 rank is good but, you belong to OC category and here you have advantage to get seat in that University because you belong to EWS ( Economically weaker section ).

You should write exam as an open category student because you are writing for another state ,even though you belong to SC category, you should perform as open category student.
