Your question is slightly ambiguous. Are you asking about UG or PG programs? Overall, there are many vet. Programs in the world, some of the top schools include University of California-Davis, Ohio State University, Royal Veterinary College and many more.

There are plenty of opportunities in this field, of course every country has its requirements, and before you finally start practicing, you must clear the licensure exam specific to the country. You may also continue further studies and have a career in research and academics in this area. US, Canada and Europe has good scope overall.

Yes, you can do. This is two years duration course and the minimum qualification for the course is 12th pass. The fee per year is about Rs. 80000/. The MHTCET is an engineering entrance test of Maharashtra for admission in various engineering colleges situated in Maharashtra, hence the benefit of the rank could not be considered here for this course.
